FAQs

Q:How much will my lights cost?

A:  That depends!   Our pricing system is based on measurements in some cases, and piece count in others.  Our method makes it easy to “pick and choose” the options you want, and eliminate the ones you don’t, so the final dollar figure is very much in your control.

Q:Is there a minimum purchase?

Yes.  As of this year our minimum order is $500.

Q:Do I own the lights?

A: No.  While this may seem undesirable at first glance, most of our customers appreciate the fact that they are no longer responsible for rotating light strands in and out as they go bad over time.   In our service, that responsibility falls on us.

Q:When will my job be installed?

A:  Your salesperson should be able to let you know about what week your lights will be installed.   We wish we could be more specific, but there are too many variables to predict with A high degree of certainty.  In rare cases we’ll commit to a specific date, but otherwise we appreciate the flexibility.

Q:Do I need to be there at the time of installation?

A:  In most cases, no.   Everything we need to install your lights should be on the outside.   There are, however, some rare instances where we will need you on site, and if so, we’ll notify you of that ahead of time to schedule.   If there is a reason that YOU know of why you NEED to be there, please let us know as soon as possible.   Otherwise, go about your business and let us take care of the rest!
